Not everyone wants to dedicate an hour or more of their time at the gym.  I want ALL of you to feel like you have something that is going to push you and challenge you no matter your time commitment,  fitness level or fitness style.  

I have spent years doing Customized Programs for hundreds of women,  BUT I want to provide everyone with a small portion of that customized coaching.  

I promise Hello Healthy is that missing piece to your frustration.

It is my way of of sharing my passion, knowledge, enthusiasm, and creativity while build a STRONG community of women looking to  take care of #1, which is YOU!



WHAT YOU GET EACH MONTH


  • 10 new workouts for you to repeat for the month that include a 5- 30 minute or less HOME option, AND 5-one hour GYM workouts. You do not have to pick one or the other.  You will get BOTH! 
  • Every month the new workouts will be uploaded into the APP where you can access the video's and instructions for for each workout. 
  • You can track your progress with photos, measurements, reps and weights.  All is secure and only seen by you and me.
  • Each week of workouts will consist of Strength Training, cardio, Interval Training, and HIIT for both gym and home workouts. 
  • A new breakfast, lunch and dinner recipe emailed at the start of each month for you to add into your weekly menu. These recipes will have the calorie and macro breakdown for each recipe.
  • You will have access to a private Facebook Group that you can ask questions, post your victories, share your tips,recipes and make CONNECTIONS.  The group is only a positive place to help motivate one another.
  • Access to me, personally, through email, the APP messenger or the Facebook group for any questions.


Each month with play out like this...

WEEK 1: Your new workouts will uploaded on the APP the 1st day of the month with the an email that has the recipes for the month

WEEK 2: Your weekly email will focus on how to overcome some of the mental challenges you may be facing that are keeping you from reaching your goals. For example: Consistency, motivation cycles, taking back control, emotional eating and MORE

WEEK 3: Your weekly email will give you tips and tools to help you not become overwhelmed with all the nutrition 'Do's and Don'ts" out there. as well as providing some insight into Macros.  Some months you may receive a bonus recipe with it!

WEEK 4: Answers to your questions! Through out the month I will ask for questions you would love to have answered in a Q&A email.  Nothing is off limits!

Q&A ON HOW THE MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION WORKS:

WHEN DO I GET THE NEW WORKOUTS?

On the first day of every month new workouts will be uploaded onto the app for you to view.


DO I HAVE TO WAIT UNTIL THE FIRST OF THE MONTH TO SIGN-UP?

No, you can sign-up at anytime.   Subscriptions are billed monthly from the date you sign up (i.e. you signed up on the 19th you will be billed on the 19th for each month thereafter). If you wish to cancel your subscription you will continue to have access for the duration of the last month you were billed.


DO I HAVE TO PICK HOME OR GYM?

No, you get BOTH!  Each option provides you with different workouts.  You can combine both or just pick one to do, but either way you will always have access to both.


WHAT EQUIPMENT DO I NEED FOR AT HOME WORKOUTS?

All the workouts will use only dumbbell's, chair or coffee table, mini bands and/or resistance bands.  Make sure to have a good variety of weights for the dumbbells.


WHAT IF I NEED MODIFICATIONS?

 If you need more modifications feel free to message  email me or DM me.  You can also ask me within the Facebook group.  This might be the best place since someone else might have the same question.
