I truly want to help you fully understand what you are capable of and how you can transform your mind and body, finding what makes you truly happy  To do this you really need a coach that is dedicated to giving you that one-on-one time you deserve.  Each program I provided to a client is truly customized to YOU. There is no program that is the same for any client.  While some workouts may transfer over, each one is re-designed for your lifestyle.  You are UNIQUE which requires a UNIQUE program! 

Your nutrition is customized to what will work for your lifestyle.  You will be given a customized macro count that will be re-evaluated as the program progresses. This is a immersion program.  I give you the tools to really help you find how to make this work in your current lifestyle, not you trying change your lifestyle to fit the program.  The menu and recipes are just ideas, not custom to your macros I provide. I firmly believe through trial and error you will LEARN more and be able to make this a sustainable lifestyle instead of a quick fix.  Nutrition not just about eliminating foods but finding ways to love ALL foods.

FITNESS:

  • 6 weeks of emails and worksheets that focus on the mental changes need to truly change and create healthier habits that will be sustainable. 
  • Weekly progress check-ins to review you week and establish new goals for the upcoming week.
